- A great way to use cardamom is a home creation of chai tea. Simply put cardamom, cloves and peppercorns in a large pestle and mortar and grind to a course powder. Put the spices in a pan with a spoonful of coconut oil and warm for a few minutes and then add your milk of choice!
- It makes a wonderful addition to curries and rice pudding is so much better with cardamom added!
